About this role
As our Growth Lead, you’ll architect and execute the new business engine for the US market. This is a true “business builder” role: You’ll chart greenfield territory, craft go-to-market strategies, activate creative pipelines, and close major logos, all with autonomy and direct impact.

What outcomes you'll deliver
Own New Market Wins: Build out NYC and US pipeline; strategically hunt, qualify, and close.
Bold Outreach: Combine creative outbound (calls, content, events, connections) with powerful narrative to spark interest; you know how to “stand out,” not just “show up.”
Solution Crafting: Partner as a true consultant with prospects. Diagnose complex challenges, map them to Ideally’s unique value, and craft compelling proposals/demo experiences.
Scaling Sales Playbook: Design and optimize GTM workflows, reporting, and experimentation for accelerated, repeatable growth.
Market Intelligence: Map competitors, trends, and emerging pain points, feeding back insights that shape product and marketing direction.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Move between sales, product, marketing, and CS to make every win “sticky” and build brand believers.
Hands-on: Own everything, from first pitch to signed deal to seamless handoff. You’ll model “lead by doing.”
What you'll bring
5+ years top-performing B2B SaaS experience (hunter, new business, GTM, revenue, or growth lead).
Proven record in hitting/exceeding quotas, you’re energized by the chase but humble in the win.
Deep outbound skills: phone, email, events, creative campaigns, networks.
Consultative, strategic communicator, you build trust, listen intelligently, and close like a pro.
Data-savvy: You measure, tweak, and own your results.
Thrives in fast, changing, zero-ego startup teams. You default to action, embrace feedback, and put team wins first.
Fluent in CRM and automation tools; hands-on with daily learning.
Ready to build something iconic from the ground up.
Where you’ll work
You will be based in our New York office, with a hybrid, office-primary culture that enables us to balance strong connection, collaboration, and creativity with autonomy to manage your work in a way that works for you. Typically, the team works remotely two days per week with anchor office days and further flexibility when needed. We focus on impact, not hours, so trust you to manage your time, energy, and workload to perform at a high level sustainably, without an “always-on” expectation.
