As a Senior UX Designer at Ideally, you’ll work alongside product managers, engineers, and researchers to push the boundaries of how our users interact with AI agents to survey consumers and develop meaningful insights, fast.
This role is dedicated to discovering, comprehending and designing experiences and solutions to make our agents feel understandable, reliable, and essential to our user’s workflows and processes. This will involve leveraging established design conventions and instinct, as well as exploring and forming our distinct principles, patterns and language.
Collaborate closely with product designers, AI specialists, product managers, engineers, and researchers to experiment and shape early stage ideas into valuable solutions and experiences.
Work with users, product, customer success and research teams to uncover what our users need, want and their barriers to adoption. You’ll use this data and acquired intuition to prioritise, plan, and inform design solutions.
Distill complex systems into intuitive and practical experiences that inspire confidence and trust in our product and agents.
Use prototyping and storytelling to showcase solutions and their feasibility. Identify opportunities to improve consistency and quality of our user’s experience.
UX or service design experience, preferably in the enterprise/B2B SaaS domain and be comfortable running projects independently
Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping design solutions
A technical understanding of LLMs and how we can build on top of them
A passion for untangling vague, conceptual problems and instinct for the most intuitive mental models and flows
A desire to uncover our user’s needs and wants, and advocate for the strongest design solutions to solve their problems
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross functional teams and influence without authority
